Healthy Bean Decaf
General overveiw of coffee and different types?
I'm new to the whole coffee scene and was hoping that someone would be able to give me an overveiw of the different types and options and such. I walk into a starbucks and am completely overwhelmed by all the options, ther is expressos, brewed, blended, whole bean, lattes, frappucinno, things with shots or syrups, milks and sugars, black, decaf, iced, etc. I'm at a loss for the basic differences and would be very appreciative of a tutorial.
Also, is coffee bad for you? What are some of the healthier options at a place like starbucks (atleast less calories and less fat)? Thank you.
I would love to have an answer for this too,
But also regular black coffee is very very healthy for you only if you don't add anything too it like creamer, milk, sugar, and that stuff.
