How and when do roasters flavor the coffee? they mix coffee beans w hazelnuts or hazelnut oil or what? Thanks!

roasting cofee is not so simple, flavoring is just one of the action, it could be done when grinding the cofee, but the main quality achived by the good timing of the roasting time and the blend of more then one kind of the cofee bean !!
