How do I make gourmet coffee drinks like Starbucks?

I usually don't drink coffee. However, when the holidays are round around the corner, I HAVE to have gourmet coffee. I would appreciate it if you can provide recipes for cappucinos, lattes, espressos, etc.

1) Keep a variety of CoffeeMate & International Delight flavors in the fridge. Or you can buy those syrup pumps. Possibly in bulk on eBay or Costco.

2) Coffee + Ovaltine & either 1/2 & 1/2 or heavy whipping cream make the dreamiest mochas.

3)Stock some additives; powdered baking chocolate, Sweet n Low (the only sweetner that really tastes good in coffee) extracts, like vanilla, almond, etc.

4)When you're feeling creative, don't be afraid to put coffee in the blender with some solid things, like white chocolate chips.

5)Remember that Starbucks coffees are fattening & that fattening ingrediants always taste better.
