fee is such a widely discussed topic, unlike it's drinking opposites, wine and beer, it doesn't seem to have it's own festivals; moments in time when avid coffee lovers can revel and celebrate it's existence and taste the fine coffee flavors from all over the world. Does this sound a little over the top? Not to this confessed coffee "addict."

Despite this, coffee is such big business world wide that eventually, technology is going to play a big part in refining and improving ways we make it and further enjoy it's aroma and taste. One of the biggest innovations in recent years has been the advent of the personal automatic coffee maker.

It seems everyone I know with a penchant for this little black drink has one and it's popularity continues to grow. Why? Well, simply living in the 21st. century dictates that life should become less complicated and we are in a position to expedite the production of many things including the making of a cup of coffee. Less labor intensive is a "catch-cry" and syndrome of modern times.

Automatic Coffee Maker

The automatic coffee maker has been a great asset not only for personal use but for areas of entertainment. Sure, parties are usually events where alcoholic drinks are the center of attention but there are always the "wowsers" who would prefer a cup of coffee. The automatic coffee maker is great with little mess and instant gratification. Besides, it's ready to go into action at the end of a party when heads are usually craving some caffeine relief.

Imagine a student who is studying hard for his or her exams. How handy a mug full of coffee could be? Anyone can manage making a cup of coffee with the automatic coffee maker. It is as easy as 1, 2, 3 – add coffee, add water, and then plug it in and turn it on.

There are other advantages regarding the automatic coffee maker, such as some models which cut off automatically when the water/ coffee is at boiling point for more than 5 minutes; when the coffee becomes cold, it will sense it and start warming it again.

Whichever way you look at it, you will find the automatic coffee maker a winner. Cost wise it can be a bit pricey for luxury models, however you need to be diligent in your choice. In this instance, it's advisable to select a model you are comfortable with.

If you live on on your own, then you won't really need a model that can cater for dozens of people at short notice. The automatic coffee maker is available in economical packages where it's limited to one or two cups at a time.

Now back to my earlier suggestion. Coffee festivals. I guess the disadvantage or in some cases, the advantages of coffee festivals is they could run for days at a time. Think about it, with so much coffee available, no one would be able to get to sleep!
